Facebook has apologized after falling the latest software update application on iPhones and iPads rival.
Popular applications such as dating service Tinder, streaming music application Spotify and video platform tiktok between them unusable.
Affected by problems that have integrated applications "login with Facebook" feature, which eliminates the need for a separate username and password.
Facebook said it had "identified quickly and resolved the problem with it".
This updated software development kit (SDK) that is used by application developers to integrate the service on Wednesday.
But independent developers immediately alert, in coding site GitHub, it crashed into their applications.
And on Thursday, Facebook said: "Yesterday, the new release ... includes changes that trigger crashes for some users in some applications using the Facebook iOS SDK.
"We apologize for the inconvenience."
